The objective: To create a top-of-the-range layout for Eurostar's new Premier Lounge at Gare du Nord, designed as a premium, refined experience in keeping with the brand's image and the high standards of its passenger service.

Our missions and ambitions.

—Design & execution: fit-out of a 138 m² space, combining technical precision and design excellence
—Schedule management: work began in October 2024, was flexibly rescheduled following the discovery of lead on-site (+3 weeks), and the schedule was brought back on track through optimized sequencing and close coordination with subcontractors
—Value engineering: cost reduction without compromising quality, notably through optimization of the acoustic ceiling surface area
—Close collaboration: detailed coordination with Eurostar, Hyphen Architects, and the designer to ensure execution faithful to the 3D concepts, validated by detailed drawings (ceilings, walls, tile layout)
—Proactive communication: weekly reporting, monitoring via Procore and dashboards, comprehensive procurement management (tilework, carpentry, lighting, HVAC equipment)

- Technical execution: installation in just 3 days of a fragile acoustic ceiling manufactured in the UK, integration of massive marble countertops, mirrored joinery and extensive wood panelling, all precisely coordinated to limit the risks associated with transport and installation.

Delivered in March 2025, Eurostar's new Premier Lounge by Agilité, a Parella company, is a premium space that embodies refined travel. Despite technical and logistical constraints, the delivery perfectly met the customer's expectations, offering travelers a serene, elegant and sustainable atmosphere in the heart of Gare du Nord.
