The goal was to create a unique restaurant on Larvotto Beach, combining a 1960s Italian vibe with a luxurious view of the sea. This venue was designed to offer guests an authentic Italian dining experience while immersing them in the opulence of Monaco.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Design inspired by Capri in the 1960s, featuring a palette of bright, bold colors .

— Complex technical challenges to manage for detailed construction, including sophisticated mechanical and electrical components .

— Meticulous coordination of teams and materials to ensure seamless integration in the design of the space .

— Collaboration with several countries: Monaco for legal matters, the project management team in Italy, the design manager in Luxembourg, and financial oversight in France.

Agility - a Parella company succeeded in delivering the project on schedule, despite the challenges of location and the shutdown period for the Monaco Grand Prix. Thanks to efficient coordination between several countries and rigorous construction management, the restaurant opened on time, offering an authentic Italian experience in the heart of Monaco.
