PUBLICIS GROUP

In 2024, Publicis Groupe, a global leader in communications, decided to bring together its Paris teams, previously spread across two separate sites, in a single iconic location to support its strategic transformation, strengthen its corporate culture, further its ambitions, and enrich the experience of its employees.

24-MONTH PROJECT

Publicis Groupe has chosen Parella to assist with a major transformation project: bringing all of its teams together at Mondo, an iconic building owned by Gecina and ideally located between Place Pereire and Parc Monceau.

This project stands out for its exceptional location, which offers accessibility, a diverse mix of commercial uses, and a high quality of life, as well as for its unique approach in Paris, which brings two corporate headquarters together under one roof. Executed on a tight schedule thanks to agile project management, it features a hybrid and inspiring design that incorporates collaborative spaces, an auditorium, a business center, a food court, green terraces, and a rooftop. The complex was designed to combine economic performance, cultural transformation, the reinvention of the employee experience, and environmental excellence.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Real Estate Strategy & Transactions
— Architecture & Design
— Development Projects
— Workplace Strategy

We supported Publicis Groupe at every stage of this strategic project: from defining the real estate strategy to site selection, including negotiations and securing the lease with Gecina. We also designed and executed the interior fit-out in close collaboration with the internal teams.
Understated, elegant, and unifying spaces were designed to reflect Publicis’s identity and encourage each entity to make them their own. The architectural signature—warm and refined—combines brown and beige tones with touches of blue and red, and highlights sustainable materials.

The experience is centered around two key levels: a welcoming ground floor featuring a café, an open lounge area, and meeting spaces, and a bright seventh floor housing shared meeting rooms, a work café, and a green terrace with views of Paris.
Designed with flexibility and hybrid use in mind, the new headquarters offers flex office spaces, a digital app, connected lockers, concierge services, and integrated amenities. More than just a workplace, Mondo has become a catalyst for transformation and a key driver of attractiveness for Publicis Groupe’s talent.
