Supporting OMNES Education, a major player in private higher education in Europe (40,000 students, more than 15 brands), in transforming its workspaces and bringing together its corporate teams in order to strengthen synergies, accelerate the flow of ideas, and consolidate the sense of belonging at the heart of the #CœurDéfense campus.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Strategic consulting & change management: defining new uses and aligning spaces with evolving work patterns and the group's international ambitions
— Architectural design: creation of a "flow landscape" structuring human, digital, and organizational interactions to promote cross-functionality and collaboration
— Space organization: clear articulation between open spaces, concentration zones, and digital devices to offer everyone the right level of intensity according to their activities
— Fluidity & employee experience: design of simple and intuitive pathways, improved user comfort and increased number of informal meeting spaces
— Responsible environmental approach: reuse of a large part of the existing flooring, partitions and furniture, significantly reducing the carbon footprint while affirming a sober and sustainable architectural style
— Operational management: deployment of the project in two phases, coordination of stakeholders, and ongoing support for teams until delivery

Delivered on a total converted area of 3,800 m², OMNES Education's new corporate headquarters embodies a contemporary vision of the workplace: a collaborative, responsible environment aligned with the group's educational and international ambitions.
