Our missions and ambitions.

- Incorporation of bright, fresh materials to highlight the colorful sportswear range

- Takeover of the project after a first general contractor to ensure adherence to schedule and specifications

- Management of supply chain challenges and labor shortages in Germany

- Coordination with stakeholders and adaptation to new subcontractor requirements

- Complete project supervision over nine months, including structural work

- Daily visits to monitor progress and keep customers regularly informed

- Delivery a week ahead of schedule and under budget

- Reuse of existing elements (lighting, shelving, natural stone floors) to minimize environmental impact and preserve the integrity of the listed building.

Thanks to this agile and efficient approach, Lululemon now has a new space that perfectly embodies its dynamic and innovative spirit.
