The goal: To create an immersive retail space that reflects the Canadian brand’s image, while optimizing timelines and meeting design requirements.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Incorporation of bright, fresh materials to highlight the colorful line of athletic wear

— Taking over the project from the original general contractor to ensure compliance with the schedule and specifications

— Managing challenges related to the supply chain and labor shortages in Germany

— Coordinating with stakeholders andadapting to subcontractors’ new requirements

— Comprehensive project supervision over a nine-month period, including structural work

— Daily visits to follow up and keep the client regularly informed

— Delivered one week ahead of schedule and under budget

— Reuse of existing elements (lighting, shelves, natural stone floors) to minimize the environmental impact and preserve the integrity of the historic building

Thanks to this agile and efficient approach, Lululemon now has a new space that perfectly embodies its dynamism and innovative spirit.
