The goal: To design a unique and immersive retail space that reflects both Lululemon’s global identity and Amsterdam’s local culture.

Our missions and ambitions.

— Managing the logistical challenges associated with the location on one of Amsterdam’s busiest streets, including obtaining permits for scaffolding, signage, and dumpsters

— Coordinating with local authorities to ensure the construction project runs smoothly without disrupting electric trams

— Completion of a full startup and interior fit-out, involving multiple suppliers

— Anticipating potential supply issues to ensure a smooth supply chain

— Close collaboration with the client and the architect through daily meetings and calls

— Design of a modern retail space featuring a training room, a server room, a staff cafeteria, and additional storage areas

— Commissioning of a mural by a local Amsterdam artist, adding a unique and colorful cultural touch to the store’s interior

This successful store design strengthens Lululemon's presence in the Netherlands and embodies its dynamic and creative spirit.
