Our missions
and ambitions.

The project was delivered on time and to extremely high standards, in line with the client's strategy of creating inspiring retail concepts. Attention to detail was crucial. To set the merchandising scene, all END. product displays and walls are clad in a mix of marble, Greek stone, terrazzo, brushed stainless steel and wood.

The building meets the highest standards and requirements of LEED and BREEAM certifications, thanks to the emphasis placed on selected materials and sustainable components. A sophisticated building management system has been installed, which monitors the building's air-conditioning status in real time, to ensure safety and energy efficiency - an indispensable requirement and strategic objective for all properties in the Generali Real Estate portfolio.
