The goal: To support HOFI, Italy’s leading funeral infrastructure operator, in creating its new headquarters within the Park West Tower in Milan. The project aimed to transform the building’s 14th floor into a contemporary, high-performance, and private work environment capable of meeting the company’s operational needs while reflecting its premium positioning. The goal was to design a space that balances privacy, comfort, and functionality, featuring private offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, and collaborative spaces tailored to the teams’ daily needs.
Our missions and ambitions.
— General Contractor: Overall project management, coordination of stakeholders, and monitoring of construction through to the final delivery of the headquarters
— Detailed design phase: supporting the client and its stakeholders (senior management, human resources, and legal teams) through regular workshops to define all requirements, uses, and architectural choices prior to the start of construction
— Management of technical constraints: coordination with the various building stakeholders and integration of the fit-out into an operational, multi-tenant commercial environment
— Construction site organization: planning and managing construction work in an occupied building, with particular attention paid to access constraints, technical interfaces, and adherence to the construction schedule
— Quality of execution: installation of partitions, custom woodwork, glazing, acoustic treatments, and integrated lighting solutions ensuring a high-quality finish
— Workspace Design: Creation of an environment structured around private offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, and collaborative spaces that promote both privacy and operational efficiency
— Materials & Finishes: Selection of understated, high-quality materials and finishes that help create an elegant, understated, and sustainable atmosphere
— Identity & Experience: Design of a corporate headquarters that reflects the nature of HOFI’s business and the expectations of an institutional and high-end clientele, while ensuring the day-to-day comfort of employees
Completed between December 2025 and March 2026, this project exemplifies a workplace approach grounded in foresight, precision in execution, and operational excellence. Thanks to a particularly thorough preparatory phase and rigorous coordination among the various stakeholders, Agilité delivered a refined, discreet, and highly functional work environment. This project combines quality, confidentiality, and performance to create a corporate headquarters that reflects HOFI’s ambitions.
